Service Fees

Fees (Read before booking)

Transport Fee

To ensure our team arrives on time and ready to provide exceptional service, a $20 transport fee will be applied for events located more than 30 minutes from our base. This helps cover travel expenses and ensures we can continue delivering top-quality service wherever your celebration takes place. If your event requires extended travel, additional fees may apply—please contact us for details.

Cancellation Fee

We understand that plans can change, but to respect our team’s time and scheduling, any cancellations made within one week of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. This ensures that we can fairly compensate our staff for their availability and preparation. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you!

Food Basic

Disposable Plates.
$25 an hour per staff member.

Food Premium

Plates require washing. Two staff members will be necessary for gatherings exceeding 15 guests to ensure seamless service from the moment attendees arrive until the last guest departs.
The cost is $30 per hour for each staff member.

Bar Basic

Less than 15 guests are expected. Glasses will be washed and polished at the end of the night.
$25 an hour per staff member.

Bar Platinum

This service is designed for special occasions such as engagements, birthdays, or any events that require extra care and attention. I will provide personalized menus to enhance the experience.
Additionally, a bartender will be needed for every 15 guests anticipated.

$30 an hour per staff member + $40 for custom menu (comes with a stand for the menu and supplies will be bought for customizations).
